Job Description\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Responsible for all ACRI fundraising activities<\/li>\n
- Manages a four person department<\/li>\n
- Member of the senior staff<\/li>\n
- Participates in the planning of the organization\u2019s overall budget<\/li>\n
- Manages the department’s budget<\/li>\n
- Principle point of contact for donors, foundations, and foreign governments<\/li>\n
- Creates long term and short term work plans for the department<\/li>\n
- Works with other members of the staff to ensure all donor and foundation requirements are met.<\/li>\n
- Responsible for all English language products (reports, proposals, overseas communication, website and other promotional materials)<\/li>\n
- Maintains current funding portfolio and develops new sources of revenue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n\n- Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field (Master\u2019s degree preferred)<\/li>\n
- At least five years fundraising experience<\/li>\n
- Experience managing staff<\/li>\n
- Experience in formulating and implementing work plans<\/li>\n
- Experience managing complex budgets<\/li>\n
- Experience with grant writing and editing documents in English<\/li>\n
- Native level English and advanced level Hebrew<\/li>\n
- A strong knowledge of the philanthropy sector in Israel and abroad<\/li>\n
- Experience with government grants (EIDHR, MEPI, etc)<\/li>\n
- Broad knowledge of the human rights challenges in Israel<\/li>\n
- Superior planning, organizational and management skills<\/li>\n
- Strong computer skills<\/li>\n
- Works well under pressure<\/li>\n
- Able to work irregular hours (ex. calls with donors overseas at night and several evening meetings.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Salary<\/b>: Depending on experience<\/p>\n
Location<\/b>: Tel Aviv or Tel Aviv three days a week and either ACRI\u2019s Jerusalem or Nazareth offices on the other days.<\/p>\n
