{"id":679,"date":"2009-08-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-08-19T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"679"},"modified":"2011-02-14T21:18:20","modified_gmt":"2011-02-14T19:18:20","slug":"may-1-educational-kits-highlight-rights-of-workers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/law.acri.org.il\/en\/2009\/08\/20\/may-1-educational-kits-highlight-rights-of-workers\/","title":{"rendered":"May 1 Educational Kits Highlight Rights of Workers"},"content":{"rendered":"<div lcass='pre'><\/div>\n<p>Though the days of the large street demonstrations commemorating May 1 are long gone, ACRI&#8217;s Education Department took the opportunity the calendar presented as a springboard to discuss with students the rights of workers and the unemployed. <\/p>\n<p>Education staff working in the Hebrew and Arabic school systems offered discussions and training on demanding one&#8217;s rights as an employee; challenges brought about by globalization; privatization on the local and international levels, and so forth.
