Do not segregate luxury neighborhoods from poor ones, but rather strive for a social mix.<\/p>\n<p>2. Anchor the right to housing in legislation, not ad-hoc solutions.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0 Rehabilitate and improve public housing.<\/p>\n<p>4. Reinstate the budget for housing assistance.<\/p>\n<p>5. Encourage new construction in combination with affordable housing.<\/p>\n<p>6. For those who cannot afford to purchase a home \u2013 create alternatives that enable long-term rentals.<\/p>\n<p>7. Invest in urban renewal while maintaining affordable housing in city centers.<\/p>\n<p>8.\u00a0Use state land as a social resource, not an economic one.<\/p>\n<p>9. Strengthen planning institutions and make them more efficient, while implementing social considerations in the planning process.<\/p>\n<p>10.
