Use of Force

As a result of the ongoing occupation, the Palestinian population constantly find themselves under the threat of military force.
ACRI’s primary objective with regards to the use of force within the Occupied Territories is accountability. As more exposure continues to be given to the military operations in the Occupied Territories, and the insufficient, internal means of oversight, ACRI continues to promote the use of independent reviews for cases of international human rights law violations. ACRI also focuses on the inequalities in periods of arrest and the right to due process afforded Palestinian residents within the Occupied Territories, particularly regarding minors. ACRI calls upon the Israeli leadership to enforce the law equally and without prejudice within the Occupied Territories.
