Attorney Tamar Feldman (Director of the Human Rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territories Department). Prior to joining ACRI, Tamar was the Director of the Legal Department at Gisha – Legal Center for Freedom of Movement. Tamar received her LL.B. and an additional program in women and gender studies from Tel Aviv University and her LL.M. in international law from New York University (NYU). Tamar was chosen to be a member of the International Human Rights Clinic at NYU and selected for NYU’s International Law and Human Rights Fellowship for placement with the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ), Cape Town Office. Tamar also works on advancing women’s rights in various capacities, and mainly as a volunteer and member of the executive committee of the Sexual Assault Crisis Center in Tel Aviv.
