Gil Gan-Mor

Attorney Gil Gan-Mor (Director of the Social and Economic Rights Unit and of the Right to Housing Program) Mr. Gan-Mor completed his legal internship at ACRI in 2004, and later joined ACRI in 2007 in the framework of the New Israel Fund’s Civil Liberties Law Fellowship Program.  In the interim, he spent two years as an attorney at HaMoked: Center for the Defense of the Individual, where he provided legal assistance to Palestinian residents of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.  Mr. Gan-Mor received his LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from American University in Washington DC in 2007, and holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.  Mr. Gan-Mor has served on a voluntary basis as the Legal Advisor to the Israeli LGBT Association, and as the director of an online legal forum set up by the Youth Pride organization.
